Jeff Leaver, President
Jeff Leaver co-founded EFM in 1996 to provide experienced and dependable field support to environmental consulting companies throughout the Southeast. Prior to starting EFM, Jeff worked for a national environmental consulting company, where he learned all aspects of groundwater and soil remediation. Early career highlights include military service with the U.S. Navy and a position with a start-up company that developed and implemented equipment and techniques to test the integrity of underground storage tanks.

Aaron Hill, Vice President
Aaron Hill co-founded EFM in 1996 after five years of working in the environmental industry with a full-service environmental consulting company. As a naturalist biology graduate, he found opportunity and challenge working in the field, solving problems associated with complex remediation projects. Aaron brings project management expertise, hands-on technical experience, and a commitment to dependable data collection methods to his role with EFM.
